DONATING 10% to Vermont Flood Victims — I will donate 10% of your purchase to a charity of my choice. As of this writing I haven't decided what charity that will be. I want to find a trustworthy viable source. Here in the South Royalton area I learned 30 homes were lost. Perhaps I donate to the town. Maybe it's The Red Cross or "I Am Vermont Strong". But at the close of the holiday season I will have decided and I will let you know who gets a check.
FREE SHIPPING — All orders are mailed by US Postal (some by FEDEX Ground) and your shipping costs are FREE. Your last step in the check-out process is to choose your shipping option. Since the Default Setting is already on FREE SHIPPING you can't make any changes. There are no other shipping options. Just roll with it and let me pick-up the fee.
Overnight Shipping — Sorry, Not Available...at least through the shopping cart. I live off the beaten path in Vermont. As a result, UPS and FEDEX hammer us both with extra charges. It's down right silly to pay the extra dough. I'll pass on the extra stress and work on future greeting card illustrations instead. If you're adamant about it or in a pinch, call me at 888.267.2300.
Refunds & Returns - If you don't like the product, send it back slow boat...within approximately 30 days. I'll refund your monies.
Damaged Product - If your order is damaged upon receipt I'll send you a replacement with some extra cards for your aggravation. Just return the damaged items by slow boat within 30 days.

Privacy Policy - Your information is not shared. I would like to
keep you on my email list for periodic promotional emails however. Don't
worry though. The amount of email blasts would be minimal. I'm usually caught up
